just practice no time involved ... my headstand sucks btw - i've been focusing more in the gym in a daily early work out with lots of weights - maybe this weekend i will swim i guess i definitely will - xoxo uw mates you are so lovely to watch my stupidity hahahah

@bradcool2k7 if I had the time for sure I would - I might do it when i go on vacation now in Dec-Jan but during the year I work full time a lot except for my breaks when I change from one job to another then is when I have so much time at the sun in my pool but working, uff almost impossible.
