@Lescouflair Hmmm..who shall I listen to.. someone who watched a single video of Ip Man but has never met him and probably born after he died. Or this guy Chu Shong Tin who ever he is, hey wait didn't he actually get taught directly by Ip Man? Hasn't he been teaching wing chun over 50 years? Renowned for his power and what did they used to call him at Master Ip's school ... something like "King of something" because he practiced this form more than any other student much to Master Ip's approval?

If you look at the SLT seminar in his DVD's, you will see how much strength is in his forms. Chu Shong Tin should be considered one of the most authoritative sources on how Wing Chun should be performed.
