Forward smash: TAKE THAT! (Launches a folder getting bigger depending on how much charge)

I think it would be better if....
B: Objection. (Attack goes in dirrection character if facing)
Side B: Finger point. (Right in the eye. Stuns enemies)
Final Smash: Double defence. (Mia or Maya help you fight for 20 seconds.)
Down B: HOLD IT! (Enemies speed slows for duration of the button held)

Manfred von Karma would have worked as a boss in Brawl. He can do his evil roar and would bang his head against anyone who stands in his way. He could also take every attack you make against him as a crime and take it to court.
