Complete movie production of the Yeti Airlines flight to Lukla airport, Nepal.

Be sure to watch this guy's flight video too; It's really great:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub_Md9wWeZ8

Aircraft is a DHC twin otter, registration 9N-AFX

Music is taken from the 'Déja vu' and 'Premonition' soundtracks (endtitles).

Once again, recorded in HD with the Casio EX-F1, and the Raynox fullframe fish-eye conversion lens in front.

For the takeoff and landing bits, I underexposed 2/3; but the Lukla runway still came out critically bright.

  • it's really sad to think that maybe those pilots are both dead.... r.i.p. :(

  • Island Peak.. Awesome! I'm considering Island / Mera Peak too; Not yet sure when; But I can only dream about returning to Nepal for more :)

  • I just finished watching the other video and it's very beautiful as well!

We've actually decided to take a trek/climb to Island Peak . . . it should be a blast! Though it would be great to see Everest Base Camp too!

  • Thanks :) Are you going for the Gokyo / Everest BC trek too?

I just placed a link to another flight movie from a different guy in the description of this movie; it's a really brilliant one :)
