@alycat387 The same reason people in horror movies will go upstairs to investigate a noise after odd things have already been happening in a house. Screw that !!! At the first sign of odd crap going on in a house I am the hell out of there, let alone going up some freaking stairs to check out a noise. And the Halloween movies for example ... Characters at some point in the movies start running like hell from Michael Myers and he is only walking, but he always manages to catch up to them. Huh ?
