well what you desribed is quite precisely the problem. black people are statistically more likely to go to prison on the same or lighter offences. nobodies says they didn't do crime, it's just they're targeted for more investigation and serve longer sentences than say, a white man.

Not necessarily ... its open to interpretation but the picture came from real life and wasn't created just to show that the prisoners were discriminated against because of their colour.

i dont like the picture showing the white prison guard, guarding all the minority prisoners, this is implying that they are in there because of pure racism instead of what they actually did.... i,personally, hate reverse racism bullshit. im not against any race but i dont like people who do bad things regardless of skin color
