A Sea Launch Zenit rocket launched today, February 1st 2013 at 06:56 UTC with Intelsat 27 however the webcast was quickly shutoff. Sea Launch report the rocket experienced a first stage engine shutdown 40 seconds into flight. The webcast up to shutdown shows a very pitched angle of launch and then the glow dulling down.
