I think this is a insider video as the real problem is smart meters. Hackers should see smart meters as the greatest challenge to crack and mass firmware wipes, if the smart meters are used for international carbon use protocols.

You have to make sure the distilled water is polar, otherwise it won't work. OR, just use a pair of scissors to cut your bill in half. Less time, same effect.

would this work with the smart meters? the reader guy just drives down the street so there would not be any one getting out of the vehicle to read it manually.

Only real way to cut your electric bill is to turn everything off and use kerosene lamps and a woodstove for heat and cooking. I did it for 6 months waiting for the local electric coop to run lines to our new spot. Not bad once you adapt in a week or so. Good to hang onto also so you have the stuff when the power goes out during storms,
