Love the song and did listen to as many of the WFUV shows as I could as a kid in Brooklyn. Vanilla Fudge does a great version of this.

@leojregnis Yes they did, we learned this version of it by The Chambers Brothers in their hotel suite as beautiful Asian groupies paraded around the room they took us under their wing for a bit thought we were good for a bunch of white boys even got us an audition with their producer at Columbia Records if you like this you can check out on youtube by us a song we wrote called Flames, Stand By Me and What kind of Fool Am I !

@doowopkid Tony , The Chambers Brothers had just heard us and taken us under their wing and taught us that we did not even know all the words yet but did that live on Forham University RadoioStation in The Bronx, thanks for the compliment!! Eddie Black
