  • Everyone !

Since posting my video I have already had feed back from Intrnational referees who have commented that there has to be body contact between the two fighters when the cross grip is taken before the opponent can initiatiate the counter by grabbin the leg without the possibility of recieving Hansakumake. This is good to know although It still looks like an area that can be interperated in different ways.

  • Thanks, Neil. These videos are essential for the modern day competitive Judo fighter. The rules have become too complex and the Sport is suffering as a result. Judo needs to attract a wider audience and it is just too difficult for a non judoka to understand what is going on.

  • @ipponjudo what an ass. The material I gave in those 3 videos was bona fide. You're a hater! and that's all you know and that's why my name stays in your mouth. Thanks.

  • Thank You sir.

  • This is what turned me off of Judo--too many rules and too much of distance from real combat.....

  • Please correct me if I'm wrong, wrestling, brazilian jiu jitsu, and competitive sambo, will allow all judo throws of the Kodokan in competition. With the IJF rules, judo does not. This is a disgrace.

  • @ipponjudo

Hang on, were these videos that didn't include the phrase, "Buy my products," or words to that effect?! o_O Was Rhadi ill when he made them?

  • Thanks Neil!

  • Neil, once again thank you very much for all your postings, and thank you for the updates. It is most appreciated. We all appreciate your "factual" reporting. At the very least, we know we can rely on YOU to report facts., and not irrelevant "BABBLING" and crying like that Rhadi FERGUSON. He posted 3 videos about IJF rules but, he did nothing but talk about himself and what he's certified in, and how strong he is, and blah...blah...blah......30 minutes WASTED on his clips. Thank you NEIL!

  • Thanks for the update. Very upsetting news about these rules. Judo should be evolving ... and this is not the way you evolve, no wonder more and more are leaving Judo for BJJ and Sambo. Sad news from IJF
