Good break but I don't think I could guess what pro you're breaking like. Results = great. Good layout and cue ball control. Form = good, but not pro. But this video is almost three years old. I'm sure you've gotten alot alot alot better. Cheers.

when the tournaments are playing under the breaking from the box rule then often the 1 ball in the side is the easiest to make. If breaking from the rail is allowed, the wing ball is the most common and they would prefer to miss the one so they can play position for it

Not entirely true, corner balls are the most popular to pot hence breaking from the side-rail. But yes the 1 ball should go in or very close to side pocket. Cue ball control and keeping it in the middle of the table whilst pocketing an object ball are the fundamentals to a good break. Thanks for your comment
