respect to you mr hendry, i know a man called walter howlett..known as eddie he was in f force on the railway from april 43 to november, i visit him weekly at his rest home in norhumberland he will be 94 in october, he walks badly due to working in his bare feet and is partially deaf as the nips always clapped his ears, i think he worked on the songkurai bridge at one point.

Don't forget that Thailand and Japan were on the same team during WW2 and Thailand switch side when it notice that Japan was going to get it's ass kick by America. Thailand should be punish for supporting the Japanese.
