I myself the way i understand this word "Judge" is to condemn another person into judgement,( i.e punishing a person for what you think he/she has done ) So I believe this is what the Lord Jesus is warning us about.
-
@Misstakeda I would have to disagree with you on the " You have to judge" part.. let me ask you this... When you get to the gates of Heaven who will JUDGE YOU? not the person to the right of left of you, but Jesus Christ himself.... You are allowed your opinion of that person BUT you are NOT allowed to judge that person only God is the Judge.

@TheNewDaySucks You have to judge, or you are not following Gods law and you are making yourself an easy target for Satan. What Matthew 7:6 is saying is, Jesus does condemn a critical and judgmental spirit, one with a sense of moral superiority. He commanded us to examine ourselves first for the problems that we so easily see in others. It is when we examine ourselves that we can better see the problem and get help for our own problem first. But you have to discern (judge) good and evil.

@TheNewDaySucks How is it useless? If you do not judge someone to be a bad influence on you, then you are going to allow Satan a playground right in your very mind. As a matter of fact, Jesus expects us to judge others: John 7:24, "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." and Hebrews 5:14 states, "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." TBC.....

For anyone who is looking for a biblical explanation of the gospel and salvation, I would highly recommend checking out the scribd website that is listed on my channel. The scripture references given on there make it very clear and easy to understand.

This shows those in the past knew God loves us and had a plan for our life. So they worshiped. His mercy was so great that when we had sinned, HE did not leave us. Our sin earned us eternal death in the lake of fire. Father God allowed Jesus to come and plead guilty to our sin crimes. then when our death penalty was announced, HE died in our place. Then on the Third Day God the Holy Spirit raised Him from the dead. Because of the blessed Trinity we can go to heaven. THANK YOU, Blessed Trinity.
@GarryW05 Actually Jesus came to earth, was tortured beyond what anyone has and will ever be tortured, died, and rose again to save us.Jesus was perfect and pure yet, He loved everyone just the same, He taught us to love our enemies.Jesus wants us to love everyone therefore be friends with everyone.Every sin is the same in the eyes of God.Where in the Bible does it say that the sun revolves around us (God's words)?Judging others is a sin. Also by condemning others we condemn ourselves. All equal!
