Opening statements were given Wednesday in the death penalty trial of Joseph Duncan in Boise. The prosecution went into graphic detail of Duncan's crimes. KXLY4's Annie Bishop and Melissa Luck report.

yes, what he did was wrong, but I dont think we should trade crime for crime.
