Moving images taken from this amazing turnout on Saturday 3rd July 2010, from Sunny Southoe... We took to the local tracks and trails on a 5.5 miler with over people and doggies too. ALL ages (from 15 to 70+), ALL walks of life, ALL levels and abilities and this is by far the BEST EXERCISE EVERYONE can do. It can get you fitter, help you loose weight/inches/body fat, combat stress and tension, relieve back ache, tone up your body, bring sense of well-being and is VERY sociable too.
