CGRHD reviews GRAN TURISMO 2 Part 4, High Speed Ring

Released in 1999, Gran Turismo 2 set the standard for what an amazing driving video game and racing simulator should be. Hundreds of cars, dozens of tracks, CGRHD takes a spin on the HIGH SPEED RING, which was one of the original courses in th first Gran Turismo 1 released in 1998. It has recently been revamped into an awesome HD track with a bridge for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. Check it out here, sans bridge, with chunky mountains in the background and a cheering, pixelated crowd! Driving the Nissan 300ZX-GTR. Remember how awesome the Nissan 300 ZX was? Check the gameplay footage to remember, earn a trophy... a made up one! Revisit and enjoy the ultimate driving game on the PS1, Gran Turismo 2! Being British, it's so weird to hear "300 Zee Ex" instead of "300 Zed Ex". No offense though, good vid. My favourite thing abut GT2 is the rough/uneven roads on some tracks (like on the banked curves here), so your car wobbles about. It looks so cool, and they don't seem to have it anymore. :(

Tbh, the mechanics of this game was ahead of it's time, also it's features.

I hate downloading shitty DLC's, I want them to make a game like this again with no more DLC's.

Not very popular review but epic :) As you said in gt2 part 3, You said you wish you had Zs My dad has 7 280Z Duatsans. He loves them but non of the,m work anymore :/

I finished gt2 with the 300zx-gts! Such a great car! It outrunned the toyota GT-one...

Damn, I played all other GT games except THIS one. I was extremely suprised when I saw the GTONE and the R390 and some other GT1 cars, Some we dont ever see again(shame) and an F1 VAN!!! what other game can say they had an F1 Van in it??? Gran Turismo is a Landmark series, unmistakable to enthusiasts out there
