Guy-Man Helmet Journey

The Guy Manuel helmet made out of paper!

This helmet will probably be bondo'd and vacuum formed.

Do the colored one 2 times. One for a display and the other to be vacuum formed!

Tips & Tricks:

1. When opened in Pepakura Designer, hit the "Flip Development" tool.

2. Make the front dome first. Then the little 5 piece thing below it. Then, make sides. Connect them. Then make the back dome and then the 5 piece thing below it. Connect those things together. Finally, connect both halves of the helmet.

3. Make a backup in case you bondo bad.

4. If you want this to become a real helmet, bondo ONLY the inside then vacuum form it with TRANSPARENT PLASTIC.

5. Make the file named "Easier Way" a display for fun!
