    I thought that "Enrico" was Hardy's favoutite tune, and on one occasion, as a young lad, was heard to play it for 45 minutes on his fiddle.

  • The quote I heard was Hardy as an adult :he would rather dance to Soldiers Joy all night at a ball then any other group of tunes combined . ( Paraphrasing )

  • So; maybe we are both right, in terms of (1) the tune he favoured as a musician, and (2) the tune he favoured as a dancer ;-)
