Vodka Collins, with "Pontiac Pan from the EMI album "Tokyo-New York" 1973. Vodka Collins' lead singer / guitarist Alan Merrill wrote this sng in 1971, the band recorded it in 1972 and it was released in 1973.

  • @MRWSSHORTY The band Vodka Collins were making these glam rock records at the same time and I agree they were sort of a cross between Bolan and Bowie. But they were based in Tokyo, not London!
