LATEST UPDATE As of August 2009: Construction is now in full swing and on schedule from the ground to the 4th floor.
Fire protection and sanitary lines have also been installed as construction progresses.
Testing for concrete and reinforcing steel bars was conducted and all have passed the material strength specifications and acceptance criteria.

LATEST UPDATE As of July 2009: After accomplishing a massive, 30-meter deep excavation for the buildings 7 basement levels, and with construction works reaching the ground level in May, Gramercy is officially on its way to creating a silhouette in the next coming months over the Makati skyline.
Construction at the Gramercy site has ramped up as rebar works have reached the second floor of the buildings sub-structure.
