th 2 deleted scenes weren't on episode 1 disc 2. Where did u get the 2 missing sceness?!

I think these Star Wars fanboys take the prequels way too seriously. Granted they're not the best films but there certainly not the worst either. @ least Episodes I and III had something going for them. I can see why they complain about II bc it was more of a filler it seems.

That was good, i don't recall seeing the first deleted scene but the 2nd i have seen, and you can see that by watching the deleted scenes documentary on disc 2 and skip almost to the end. it is there. I wish they would of added that one scene, it's only a few seconds and i don't see why not.

@DScin I agree. Seems to me that a dyno-jump backwards to the opposite side of the pit would be safer given the scenario; saber overhead wielded by prescient assassin.
Better it would have been to summon own saber as soon as it drops, giving Maul no time to think about Obi's next step, then jump to opposite side and ...go from there. Perhaps a 2nd leap back across and into Maul himself with a blue blade in his belly. hehe
Sorry. I've been accused of fan-wankery before. Meh. Everyone's a critic.

There was no new footage on that section, and that was one of the most disappointing parts of the movie. If I could remake the movie with Maul falling w/o being cut much like Boba Fett in ROTJ I would.

@amit790 However, after an incredibly high paced fight scene where it almost seems each character instantly knows what their next move is to be, there is almost a full 10 seconds from where Mauls face changes indicating Obi is about to attempt something whilst dangling in the pit to Obiwan's jumping, grabbing, igniting, landing THEN slashing wile Maul simply stands there with his ignited saber in hand. That is just poor film making.
