If you're asking why does an all-good and all-powerful and all-knowing God allow suffering to happen, there are good theological explanations for that, I assure you. I would disagree with your second point. I never felt weak or that I needed to believe in something before I became a Christian. I was doing just fine according to the world's standards. Perhaps some fit that mold that you described, but not nearly all.

thank you skydivastar.....why do u have to add religion and god to help someone...that is evil....dont waste your monet on bibles...i use it as kindle to light fire...junk junk junk...help someone but dont expect something in return...boo boo boo.

You are right that you don't need religion or God to help someone, but let's put it this way, if I never found God I would be living a very selfish life and would never consider helping others less fortunate. God changed my life for the better and Jesus taught much about loving others. Also, nothing is ever expected in return from those receiving the gifts.
