  • @Evergreen1able Peace If you're running that much make sure the meals you're eating are balanced, meaning you get healthy foods from each category of food, and a very color plate. So: some fruits, some colorful vegetables, a whole grain, water, etc. and make it a hearty, nutrient rich meal. There are people who do eat one meal a day and run miles and miles, but you could try two balanced, healthy, energizing vegetarian meals and see how they treat you in terms of energy and weight loss Peace

  • I looked up the photo on google and many of the images came up that looked the same, but in the gardens and farms i've been to the Roma and Plum are different, one is smaller with more of a slender shape and the other (Roma) is bigger with thicker skin.

    So what do you eat on Wednesdays typically? I'm curious what your height & weight is. How many burpees, mountain climbers and pushups do you usually do in a day. Those are great bodyweight exercises. Ever think about adding in some pullups?

  • I don't know about eating every 2 or 3 days. But eating to live is a better concept than the reverse. The trouble with many Americans is *eating* is the center of our lives. People say 'I'm gonna eat what I want and enjoy myself'. If a slice of cheesecake is all you need to enjoy yourself then you need to rethink how you're living.

  • Elijah Muhammad died at age 77 from congestive heart failure, so much for eating to live :P a good read though

  • I eat once every 7 dayz(wednesdayz) and eat tomato soup when I get really hungry on the days im not eating. Eating like this has been the best decision I've made for my body spirit and mind in a long time. The proof is in the results, I look and feel great and my physical health and mind state are getting stronger each day. I use burpees combined with mountain climbers and plenty of pushups to keep my body strong and let the fasting, good food, and meditation do the rest. Thats what works 4me.

  • Uh, how bout eating the relative amount that u'd eat if eating once a day, but spreading that small amount more thinly still, say, into 2 parts, taken twice daily? Otherwise a tendency could grow to eat once, but like all day, or just having such a huge feast that the body registers it as a heavy mark, like an increment in the passing of life (aging). Then there's of eating in response to true hunger, which may be more than once a day, but would take fasting to distinguish from lack of fullness
