I thought she lost...if she did indeed win, I agree...she didn't want to do the commercial and the commercial gives the false impression it's her singing.

This isn't the ad she sued for. It was the ad done for the original Sable- this is a bad remake.

That's right. It was Ula Hedwig who recorded the song to sound like Bette because Bette did not want her song on the commercial.
