Do the downloaded characters show up in career mode? If so, are both versions of George in it at once?

yes the DLC fighter can show up in legacy mode IF you start it after you have downloaded them. you can actually determine which boxers you want in the legacy mode for any weightclass. there are tons of generic boxers already in the mode but you can add a large number of default boxers as well. so if you dont want to have both versions of Foreman you dont have to add one.

only in a video game would you see vitali on the ground,in reality,it's a different story altogether
