State Rep. Mike Krusee, R-Williamson County, was arrested and charged Wednesday night with driving while intoxicated.
Rep. Krusee, the chair of the Texas House Transportation committee, was booked into the Williamson County Jail at 11:15 p.m. last night, and after a night in jail he was released at 8:55 a.m. with a $1,000 bail.

His license was not automatically suspended. At the time of your arrest, you are given a temporary driving permit with instructions on how to apply for a hearing. Once your hearing is scheduled, an ALR judge will determine, based on the evidence presented, if your license will be suspended.
