Facing foreclosure? Info at http://www.consumerwarningnetwork.com may help. Your goal is to make certain the institution suing you is, in fact, the owner of the note. There is only one original note for your mortgage that has your signature on it. One such case is profiled on CNN's Your Money.

  • Get the bank to PROVE where the funds came from and I think you'll find out that the money actually came from your Birth Certificate Trust Fund account. Therefor you home is already paid for and they don't want you to know this. You actually end up paying the bank back 100% plus interest on money you've already paid off the home with.

  • All foreclosures are based on Fraud. The bank didnt loan you any money. The promissory note is a check. They deposited it into your escrow account, funded the account and paid the seller with the 'money' they created from thin air but they didn't give you a deposit slip showing the deposit. There are plenty of sites to explain this but this one won't let me put a Url up so search it out.

  • @WulfBand a4v????

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork That chick above in the video is a HOTTIE !

  • @WulfBand under UCC you can actually sue them for triple damages for the bullshit they pull. people need to acquire a better understanding of how banks operate before they decide to do business with them

a unilateral contract lacks all of the lawful requirements of a REAL contract. so its not enforceable. never assume just because you signed something that its valid

  • looks like lots of notes are missing? how is this possible?

  • i know there is a law out there, i dont remember it but if you attempt to pay a bill and they refuse you must offer it again and if they refuse it twice all you need to do is say thanks for paying the bill. because this is a law i remember about paying a credit card or other bills so i wonder if this would be the same for a morgage.

  • Go to icansuemylender. com they can help you with anything about foreclosure!!!!!!!!!!
