Sol is NOT the father of Dizzy. In an interview with Daisuke Ishiwatari, he stated that Justice is Dizzy mother and did not disclose any information about who is the fater of Dizzy nor did any of the games disclosed that information too.

*cough* *cough* um.. no. It came out of Daisuke Ishiwatari's mouth, the creator of G.G. and said that "she is indeed Dizzy's mother..." during an interview about his work.
