how do i make planks? without buying?

@TheKitzaaa to make planks you need a Mill. look in some of my earlier comments on what the cost is of the mill, and required level.

@djjay7777 nope. Sending it as "Daily Gift" creates it from thin air for free (also works with a dozen other material, like gear, glass, waterdorp...)

@mafiozi5 you have to give out as gift 2 hypnolily. To gain the captain finish the task, then send one of your Deck Hand (resource-item) to someone who has to send it back.
