Part 1 of 2. Classic Game Room reviews FAST STRIKER for Sega Dreamcast, a 2011 release for the supposedly deceased console that just won't die! Copyright 2010 from NG:DEV.TEAM and made in Germany, Fast Striker is a maniac shooting game with up to 180 bullets on screen. This vertical scrolling SHMUP style spaceship shooter is a slick, refined videogame for the Sega Dreamcast which competes against classics such as Gigawing and Mars Matrix. Of note is the incredible techno style music that has few peers and will keep you playing just to dance. This CGR video review of Fast Striker for Sega Dreamcast has Fast Striker gameplay showing Fast Striker SHMUPS style Shmup space ship shooter game play on the Dreamcast.

  • I have this game on the Neo Geo MVS, Best shooter I've ever played!

  • This game looks worth the Dreamcast alone. I might have to make getting a Dreamcast a new year's resolution.

  • review Sturmwind for Dreamcast its another awesome new release!

  • This is cool, but why on Earth would anyone release a game for the Dreamcast in 2011? They probably would have made way more money putting it out for the iPad or something.

  • It's like a playable touhou..

  • BTW, Giga WIng is by Takumi, but was published by CAPCOM on the CPS2 and DC.

  • I LOVE that SEGA hardware lives on via. the gaming community!

  • @SpiralPegasus Read it in a Nintendo Power magazine back in the early 2000's. I thought it was pretty funny since I was one of the few people that bought it. I still remember copping it from Target for $14.99 back in 1999. I got it and Jet Force Gemini on the same day I'll never forget it.

  • @JackDaScarecrow I'm really big on shmups, regardless of the console they are on. I like the "Soldier" series quite a bit. Worst selling N64 game? Worst than all those sports games? Where did you got that from?
