just today I had an experience where I was so frustrated and I allowed it full out to move through me and I naturally shifted into a higher vibe.

I agree it is important to allow the negative/hateful experiences to offer their wisdom to expand us.

I really liked this Katherine. It seems we (relatively enlightened humans) are more willing to expose our warts lately, to be more vulnerable and I think others will feel more connected to us as a result. We are more approachable and less intimidating.
