However i need some help.
You see i want to gain weight and get a ripped 6 pack...
I eat healthy , i have alot of protein each day and i don't eat really any fat foods
Do i need to work out like 1 hour a day on my abs or what?
I'm so confused and angry that i'm not getting results...
Please try and give me some advice.

Hi! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost plenty of unwanted fat.

@yiri123 You are most likely arching your lower back too much. raise your bum slightly if that eliminates the pain.
