I like how the person who made this video tries to act like he thinks all the candidates are douches and turds, when in reality he just wants you to vote for his douche.

That was kind of the whole point of that South Park episode. No one really cares about YOU or YOUR opinion, they just want you to vote for their guy.

Well, the difference is that Ron Paul spent his campaign actually speaking substance, while everyone else in the video spent their campaigns (or are spending their campaigns) talking quite a bit, but, somehow, saying nothing at all. The point of the episode was to show that the majority of the time, the choice is between two horrible people who are of the same merit. The differences between the douche and the turd-sandwich are discussed, but they are inconsequential.

My assertion is that Ron Paul actually speaks substance, that he actually says something with his words. Even if you might disagree with him, a logical person will admit that he actually says something. And I make that assertion not only about Ron Paul, but also about Dennis Kucinich, Cynthia McKinney, and Chuck Baldwin as well. When they talk, it is not just air that comes from them, but real ideas, consistent philosophies. The same could not be said for McCain or Obama, for example.

@SashaNein I can dig it. Kucinich is legit. In 2012 I'm voting Obama for no other reason besides the fact that i want to see the Tea Party experience the same dismay that I felt when Bush was elected a second time (by the same people who are now the Tea Party). As good of a reason as any i suppose. Other than that, I'll vote Green and left independant.

This video was OK until it added the false assertion that Ron Paul was not exactly like the other douches and turd sandwiches. The only candidate I even remotely trusted in 2008 was Dennis Kucinich,but unfortunately the fickle internet was influenced by a sizeable group of Ron Paul fans in February 2008 that created a lot of sockpuppet accounts on sites like digg and reddit to completely blow the man's popularity out of proportion. I will never vote for a man that openly denies evolution,
