It looks more like some type of plasma ball that has been crated from a Tesla energy weapon. These plasma balls were filmed just before major earth quakes .
The Russians bought Tesla technology long ago and have been perfecting it ever since. It is the same thing as HARRP.

What I don't understand - what is so hard about holding fucking a camera straight? I'm willing to give any UFO vid a chance, as I'd like to think that some might be real, but god, most of them are just unwatchable.
