Omnia_vs_xperia_size_and_screen_quality_comparison btw.gr

Here we can see the bad shape of the xperia. It is almost double the fat size but with smaller screen that because of the shape it self looks more smaller than the 3.0". Omnia is a litle wider but the screen size is bigger. The quality of the contrast, colour, brightnes is EXCACTLY THE SAME. If you dont have with eyes andyou can see the screens from 10cm distance the difference in the resolution is here. 800x480 vs 400x240. But in real life never looks such a small screen from to close! From 20cm-40cm the quality and the detail is EXCACTLY THE SAME. Omnia rocks about performance and the "smart" 400x240 resolution. Xperia lugs in menus and looses at every test in video performance even that the omnia does not have any 2D accelerator. Build quality is almost the same for both devices. Personal opinion i prefer the big screen against the "faty" design because of the keyboard. No finger touch for xperia because of the "soft" touch screen. Omnia have a hard touch screen and offcource bigger and flater for special finger touch operation.

These are only numbers. Running fpsece, my omnia owns xperia at framerate. But xperia has larger resolution, wich makes it so laggy at programs...

wickeddark this guy is just pathetic and pointless aint got a friggin life, as far as I can see Xperia for me is the better phone, the screen of the omnia is just to low res for me why would I want a extra largly sized wqvga screen (wide quarter vga screen) if I could have the highest resolution on a phone known to mankind WVGA screen you just can't deny that every company is moving towards this high resolution (LG Arena, Toshiba TG01, Asus P835 galaxy)
