You should also strip the oils off of the washers first before you paint them.

Alcohol inks on regular washers will eventually fade even if you seal it with Glossy Accents.

Where do you get the applicator, and do you need one? & is there anything on the applicator, because in other videos they had a piece of felt on top of it. . . -thanks(:
