Think things can't possibly get any scarier when it comes to government tyranny, marketed under an Olympic security banner? Well take a look at this CTV broadcast of October 9/09 posted under fair use, showing the government of BC intends to write a statute out of thin air that will "allow" police to enter your home without a warrant, and without any real crime being committed.
Is this why the federal government of Canada predicted it would need IN EXCESS OF ONE BILLION dollars in "terrorism funding".... just to stop people from putting up the "wrong signs" on THEIR OWN PROPERTY? Certainly there is no sign of any real terrorism in BC targeting the Olympic games themselves, and other video has already clearly shown the police and government manufacturing hoaxes to distract the public from the real intimidator in this whole scenario.
If those living near the games sites are subjected to this kind of police and government aggression, what could possibly be in store for those intending to go to the games?
For info about what the Constitution of this country really says about government authority, and the protection your rights carry under our only real publicly endorced and active Constitution (Magna Carta) then please check out this website, and consider supporting them if you can. There are few sites like this fighting to save this country's foundation...

I've recently skimmed over the Canadian Constitution and noticed that the constitution does not state that Canadians have a legal right to private property. Have I been living in a fantasy world by presuming that legal right to private property existed. I hope that I've misinterpreted the constitution.
You need to understand two main points: Firstly, the purpose of a Constitution is not a list of things people can do, but a LIMIT to the authority of government - a license for them to operate, if you will..
Secondly, the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" is NOT a Constitution, it is a common statute of the British legislature.. which is why it grants no power to legislatures... see section 31.
Our only Constitution is Magna Carta.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, but unfortunetly it appears that the website bcrevolutin*ca is currently under construction. As for your comment, It is to my presumption that the Canada Act of 1982 stands as a statute designed to 1) distrubute respective power to the provincial and federal governments 2) outline the rights of Canadan citizens and 3) some other things which I have not read because I presume that the government is looking out for my best interest.
I checked the site, and its running fine... Please check the spelling, or click the (more info) link to the above right, near flag, under the date, and there is a working link there - then click magna carta (in red on homepage) Pretty much everything you need is on that site.
You also must understand that the ONLY way government can gain LEGITIMATE authority is by consent. Our common law sprang from the greatest minds in history - it is law common to all rational minds.
My obviously limited knowledge leaves me with the notion that the government operates like a corporation and I'm just 1 of their 30 million subordinate officers. If my notion is somewhat right I can't help but believe that breaking free might render me free but derelict
however, if my notion is wrong I am continually misinformed on the web and by the government (the governent seldom answers my questions or theysimply don't reply) and it is extremely difficult to recieve true information because of my socio-economic status (I've got to labour morning and evening, I cant afford to speak with a knowledgable attorney and cops hate answering my questions).
Maybe you can help me educate myself by suggesting that understand some fundamental legal principles such as how acts work or that I read some indispensible legal documents such as the Magna Carta and or the Canada Act., Once again, Thanks for your reply and I hope that you will send me another one.

The Olympics are a giant waste of money, and to have our rights curtailed is ridiculous. This is illegal and a violation of our rights.
