This shot flows too slowly and was over extracted. Looks great but taste was bad. Espresso should not be eye-candy, its about the taste!

Okay -- you HAVE to pass on mastery like this. This is just the most beautifully even shot -- my bottomless shots are more often messy than clean. How do you it?
