Ya the 06, it was def a fun bike.. when I got rid of it I had a -1 +8 sprocket. Was a crazy ride, I love the 954 I have now though

@eburt6 Oh there is definitely a HUGE power increase. I was skeptic at first and was debating between a 1000 or 600. I was able to ride my friends FZ1 and loved it and was worried that a 600 wouldnt be enough. But when I test rode the R6 that i now own, I knew it was plenty for me. These newer 600's have a ridiculous amount of power for how small they are. The big difference for me was adjusting to the power, more precise clutch, and sitting position (lowered handlebars).

@xGhost09 What was the power difference like? When i first bought my ninja500 i was surprised how powerful it was (my first street bike). I'm sure the r6 is going to feel muchhh different.

@eburt6 Same thing I did. Rode a ninja 500 for a starter bike, now I ride a '06 R6. These things a beasts!! Enjoy it once you get it man.

@Rook87 Thats sweet. I put around 20k miles on my ninja 500 so far and it's definitely time to upgrade lol. Good luck with the liter bike, they scare me haha.
