  • Can I ask a question about the where abouts of a missing person? Or at best, find out what had happened on the day the person disapeared?

  • Yes, horary astrology can be used for that.

  • Thank you very much rena for your reply. For the sake of study purpose I cast a chart to see if I can gain some understanding... I like hands on lol

So I asked the question: Will I win a large sum of money from the Lotto? I put in the date and time in which it is aired (Nov 5, 2010...8p.m. Cork Ireland) Now I have looked at the 1st house and there are no planets there,so how to proceed? lol What I thought interesting is the fact that the 1st house is in Cancer, any info on this? Thank you *X*

  • This is like asking me, "I want to do open heart surgery, and just need a few hints on where to make the first incision."!!! Horary is not like modern astrology, it can't just be picked up by asking a few questions. To learn it you need a teacher, a specific course of study and a lot of work.

  • Thank you for posting this, I appreciate it. I am wondering if a person can draw up a chart themselves...or is it neccessary to ask someone else to do a chart. Lets say i propose the question the Divine and draw up a chart myself.

Again thank so much for this,

    Enjoy your week *XXX*

  • It is possible to ask your own horary questions, but the problem is that you need to be very emotionally involved to ask a good horary, but then you need to be very objective and uninvolved to judge the chart. Doing both is difficult. I get many horary questions from other astrologers for this reason.

  • Interesting video Mr. Warnock. As per your response on finding a good teacher I agree 100% but there have also been good astrologers who were self taught. Lilly for the most part was (: I agree with trivial questions somewhat but where Lilly in merriment asked a servant to hide a lost object and in set a figure to find it; I have personally found merriment in predicting the outcome of sporting matches. To me it seems that what matter is if the question is asked in a mechanical way or not.

  • Stuff works

  • @cloaknpoke

All traditional Western astrology uses the Tropical Zodiac.

  • A question do you use tropical or sidereal for this?
