@buddyswift123 adding 10pounds in weight on the bar is actully fuck all its like 6kg. you can easily find that once taking certain suppliments can give you a mental boost to lift more as tbh you only use like 15-20% of muscle fibres anyway and that mental confidence could make a different in muslce fibers used. making you able to lift more ripping more muscle fibres and increasing size ;) i agree with you suppliments them selves are not everything. but id happily pay £30 for the mental boost.

@Justme7888 its not illegal lol. steriod use isnt illegal FACT my grandad takes them for medical purposes. its only illegal if you buy it or sell it FACT. and again it isnt ilegal in body building its perfectly accepted. if it wasnt theyd have laughed at ronnie coleman. dorian yates. arnold, jay cutler. phil heath etc etc. its only disallowed in natural sports such as NATURAL bodbuilding... in england there are 2 IFBB and NBFF guess what the 'N' stands for idiot. shows what you know amature.

@nickswag24 im 174cm tall, and after 3 months(please notice, not 1 week) of working out without creatine and shit I'm 80kg(176lbs), can bench 90kg, squat 100kg, deadlift 140kg and biceps curl 50kg without cheating...
hurray for water in your muscles, show it to the world....

any one thinking it creates fake muscles. well you really dont know anything about it so dont comment. most athletes and runners use it. FACT
it isnt cheating using a substance your body natural produces and you can eat in most foods. thats like saying your BREATHING! thats cheating. keep up the good work mate.
