@MrLuckyangus I am using AVRDude to do the flashing, and I am just editing the scripts by hand using vi.

yes, thanks for your reply. i can download the AVRdude program from internet... however i cant find the source code for minipov.
is there a way u can give me step by step info or vid.... if u dont mind. greatly appreciated.... lol i am about to throw this thing out of the window... i tried so many times and end result was unsuccessful.

@MrLuckyangus I am going to make a tutorial to walk through programming the kit. As long as you can get the LEDs to do something once you upload the firmware, you should be good. Just sit tight and I'll get it up...
