One of the surprises in the KCPE 2011 results was the excellent performance by a Sudanese refugee. Kuok Tito Yak was number 4 in the whole county with 440 marks. NTV's Rose Wangui traced his humble abode in Nairobi's Kawangware estate.

I am pleased that in a way pupils and students are shying away from thinking that academic excellence is a reserve of those in better prestigious schools...look at this pupil he started reading in class 6 gosh! And he still razed the exams like it was supposed. I am looking at him to beat the record of that boy from Weiwei come KCSE.Kudos and make God ur no. 1.

Forget arab and arabic. We in kenya welcomes you here. What he learns here will most likely affect our brothers in South sudan. They tried to enslave you and force you to speak arabic(Which has no economic value whatsoever).Always happy and proud of you guys.God will surely reward the hard work of your hands.
