The Mind Museum is the FIRST WORLD CLASS SCIENCE MUSEUM to be built in the Philippines. It is scheduled to start construction in mid-2009 and to open on mid-2011. It is currently on a fundraising tour to raise P 1 billion of funding. As of mid-2008, more than 50% of this has been raised with the help of Bonifacio Art Foundation Inc. (the project proponent), Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (which is providing the site in Bonifacio Global City), and the Ayala and Campos groups of companies -- Ayala Land, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Globe Telecom, IMI Group of Companies, Manila Water Corporation (in technical services of water systems), Del Monte, and NutriAsia -- plus Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation.

If you want to help science education in the Philippines and be part of a landmark institution, please contact us at Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. -- Manny Blas or Minnie Santillan at +632-8183601 x 3203.

  • Our construction is over 35 percent completed. We will have our soft opening December 2011, and our public opening will be around first quarter 2012.

  • i hope scientific development in pinas develops

  • It is true that it is the responsibility of the government to provide schools and classrooms if the government that you are talking about is the best provider of educational facilities. Like you said, our "stupid government officials" should provide. Will you put the future of our children to these officials you are mentioning? That is exactly why the private sector needs to fund these educational facilities. This is the reason why we have private schools in the country.

I see all the comments here are 1 year old. I would be very interested to see what level of construction it is in now. I go around the Fort to pick up my daughter who is a nurse in St. Luke's but I didn't notice construction of this magnitude going up.

I would like to communicate with the Mind Museum management but it seems the email of Mr. Blas is no longer in use...also the phones. Please advise your contact details thru my email edarcilla2006@yahoo.com.ph thank you. Ed/treklite
