You need to feed your mind and open it to bigger things than loving a guy playing a drug dealer, this guy has played a preacher (in The Gospel), a Gatekeeper (Thor), a father fighting for his kids (Daddys' little girls) a scientist assistant (the Unknown), a cop (Luther) but you want to reduce him to his role as a drug dealer!

Whoever said that they can't imagine him as anything other than Stringer needs to mature; the wire was a way to get a foothold in Hollywood for him he has way bigger ambition than the wire. You need to get out of that ghetto mentality, playing a gangster for a black man (even a british) isn't that much of challenge, this guy wants to challenge himself and become a Hollywood heavyweight not just be known as an acclaimed drug dealer!

I'm British myself. Idris isn't sexy because he's British, he is just smooth and has one hell of a voice on him. Bit like Tom Hardy, he has one the sexiest voices i've ever heard. Tom and Idris just are sexy and it's probably because they don't try to be.

Haha, so funny to hear people gushing over black men with British accents! Unfortunately they don't all sound as smooth as Idris Elba anf they're not all as sexy as him (though there are many that come near enough!)
