The Sacred Stone Facial & Crystal Therapy video was designed as a progressive & comprehensive 75 minute learning experience for massage therapists, aestheticians, and anyone interested in healing, beauty and the amazing science of Ayurveda. The entire film is actual footage of one of Karyn's classes where she is demonstrating how she uses her hands in conjunction with heated & chilled stones, crystals, marma points, sacred oils and a raw honey mask.

Karyn uses the stones as extensions of her hands and her heart, as well as tools for healing, rejuvenation and beauty. She merges the principles of spirituality, reverence of the Earth, traditional massage and the ancient beauty secrets of Ayurveda into an innovative modern-day cryo & thermo therapeutic stone & crystal healing treatment.

She is so rough! It looks like she is cooking food or moving furniture. She is not controlled, gentle. I understand that this is some type of training video, but still....who wants anybody to learn how to be so not in tune to being calm when doing calming practices on someone else.

The rose quartz crystals are amazing! After losing both my legs in the war, I placed these crystals on the stumps, and my legs grew back! Unfortunately, my feet grew on the wrong legs, so now I run kinda sideways. Oh well nothing is perfect!
