I first sang this song in a motown-ish medley (a la the Chiffons) that my gr.12 vocal jazz combo did. Carole King does a happifying version as well.
Recently discovered it again, and thought I'd try my own little take on it.
Don't mind my mother at the very end of the song. I was too lazy to record it again.
Excellent. Well done.

Not bad at all. A different take on the song. A couple of things: First, you're singing is not coming from the right place; you need less throat and more diaphragm. I offer this as constructive criticism. You've got a wonderful, natural vocal instrument. Go get some vocal instruction and take a leap in your singing. Secondly, if you accept requests, I'd love to hear you sing 'Don't Dream It's Over' by Neil Finn. It was recorded in 1987 by Crowded House. Keep it up, Girl!

I like Chiffons. This one's kinda different from original, but still pretty cool and lovely!~
