hydration or no hydration you put the fuck out or not. like the lean kid. hes the most tired only cause hes giving absolutely everything he has.

The Poolee in the black shirt, and shorts needs to hydrate a lot more. I cant tell you how many times just by drinking water has made the difference. 1, to 2 gallons a day. Or more.

i would just like to point out that the navy does not have poolees it is an unoffical rank given by marine recruiters to marine recruits who have not shipped to boot camp yet
