I love this home, it is just beautiful, the front porch is just what I'am looking for , what would like to know if this home have living and family room . I have been trying to get the price of this home as it is show here, I have not gotten it yet I have called a few times. I am in California, planing to move to the state of LA real soon like in 2012 really would like to get info.

Price range from $140k-$250k? They had a 2000 sq ft model home at the Georgia national fair last week that was $69k and he said that was one of their nicer homes? There's a huge difference between $69k and $140k, a $140k house in middle ga will get u all brick, 2000 sq ft, 2 car garage, deck, possible in ground pool

@animatedbird we bought a home from oakwood homes (owned by clayton homes) and love it! of course, not every home center has the most ethical people, just like any business, but we do not regret our decision at all! we visited several different home centers until we found one that we liked. i have read horror stories, but thank God, we aren't one of them! so, you have to do your homework to find a great home center and staff that will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.
