  • Tom, I tried to post some comments on the other video. please let me know if they went through so I can repost them if needed.

I have been looking into this, and am 100% certain both the jersey and that sleezy scam artist "Kevin" is connected to CC's.

  • Hi Dvitoc. Yes, I'm a getting all of your emails. Thank you.

  • Very simple, I would never buy any auto unless it's from Steiner, PSA, or from the card manufacturer

  • @DoubleRifleShooters Nicee, that is pretty cool. I got my Armstrong signed baseball from a recent regency superior auction. they are the leaders in space memorabilia auctions (or so they say, lol). I just need 2 signature removals.

  • I only ever saw ONE neil Armstrong autograph in my life. I went to Neil Armstring Jr. High in Bristol Twp, Pennsylvania. He sent a letter to the township after the school was dedicated to him. Authentic all the way, but not, nor ever will be for sale - it is in the admin office of the school, on the wall.

Tom, YOU ROCK! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! Ignorance is bliss...lots of dumb people out there buying this shi*t.

  • I asked this guy (all-star_autos) a question on ebay and this was his reply:

"Thanks for your opinion. I actually interview and personally meet athletes and hip-hop artists and most of them are nice enough to sign a few items for me..."

    Yeah, ok. lol

  • its amazing how many neil armstrongs that coach's corner gets every month, and they literally sell for like 1% of their value. His auto on an INDEX CARD can sell for up to $2000 after buyers premium. wow. mantle died in 1995 and had plenty of autographs signings, and armstrong stopped signing in 1994 (so he basically died in 1994 in autograph terms) and he only had ONE autograph signing, never comes in public, etc. just thought id mention that. i have a genuine armstrong signed baseball though

  • I think it had an aau cert and because aau is evidently located in las vegas, i think they got overconfident and trusted them too much. because i have seen aau with some very questionable stuff in the past.

  • (continued from earlier comment) and the sig on the ball matched the one from his rookie year so after she looked at it a bit more she said it was authentic and they bought it now I thought that was a good buy, now in this episode they didn't bring in any expert they just did some research on the internet and read the COA's (they had 3 different COA's) , and after seeing what company issued one of those COA's I think not bringing in an expert was a gamble

  • @travrosty Yeah I've always watched Pawn Stars and I remember in one of their earlier episodes a man came in with a team signed Yankees baseball from the 50's it had Joey D, the mick guys like that on it and they brought in this lady who was a signature expert and she had photos of authentic sigs of all the guys who signed the ball what was intresting is the ball was from Mantle's rookie year and she had pictures of his signature from when he was a rookie and the one with the looped M's
